3 | c | Bread flour |
1/2 | c | Pecans; chopped, toasted |
1 | tb | Brown sugar; packed |
2 | ts | Lemon peel; finely shredded |
2 | ts | Bread machine yeast |
Add ingredients in order given by manufacturer, adding pears with water and pecans with flour. Basic/white bread cycle. Light color setting, but medium/normal color setting for large capacity machines with glass domes to ensure complete baking.
