3 | tb | Oil |
1/4 | ts | Garlic Salt Or |
2 | | Cloves Garlic Minced |
4 | oz | Diced Green Chili |
16 | oz | Whole Kernel Corn |
1 | c | Grated Cheddar |
* Zucchini or squash should be sliced.

Saut‚ squash and onion in oil until barely tender. Add garlic salt (or
fresh garlic), chilies, corn and cheese; mix well. Put in buttered 1-quart
casserole and bake at 400øF for 20 minutes.
