Title: Corn Mush (Natural)

Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Stoneground cornmeal |
1/2 | c | Soy flour |
1 | ts | Sea salt |
1/2 | ts | Sage |
7 | c | Cold water |
Mix meal, flour and sage. Stir in the water and salt slowly. Bring to simmer. Cover and cook about 45 minutes. Include a few chopped jalapeno peppers and tamari if you like.
