6 | | 10-inch flour tortillas |
36 | sl | Ham/turkey ham sliced very thin - a |
1 | | 8-oz bag shredded swiss cheese |
3 | c | Fine chopped lettuce |
1 | | Diced tomato |
2 | tb | Chopped green pepper |
1/2 | | Cucumber cut in small chunks |
2 | | Chopped green onion |
3/4 | c | Miracle whip dressing |
1 | ts | Prepared mustard |
2 | ts | Sugar or 1 packet sugar substitute |
1/2 | ts | Celery seed |
3 | tb | Milk |
For each burrito, arrange 6 slices of ham on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/3
cup shredded swiss cheese on top of ham. Roll and secure with toothpick.
Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place burritos in baking pan; cover with
foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until
cheese is all melted. While sandwiches heat, mix together the lettuce,
tomato, green pepper, cucumber and green onions. Toss lightly. For
dressing, combine miracle whip, mustard, sugar, celery seed and milk until
smooth and creamy. Remove burritos from oven, open tortillas half- way and
spoon 2/3 cup salad mixture evenly along center of each. Spoon 1 heaping
tablespoon dressing onto salad mixture. Re-close and secure with
toothpicks. Serve immediately.
