1 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1 | tb | Chili powder |
1/4 | ts | Ground cumin |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | pk | Frozen chopped spinach |
1 | c | Salsa |
3/4 | c | Cheese |
8 | | Flour tortilla |
1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8 to 10
minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off
drippings. 2. Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir
in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. 3. To
serve, spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom
edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
