1 | Red bell pepper; diced | |
1 | Green bell pepper; diced | |
2 | Cl Garlic; minced | |
1 | Fresh jalapeno pepper; mince | |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1 | tb | Cider vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | cn | Green chilies; chopped (4 oz |
* or 3 canned jalapeno peppers.
Brown pork in oil. Add rest of ingredients EXCEPT GREEN CHILIES and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add green chilies before serving.
