Title: Broiled Icing

Yield: 1 8x8 cake

3	tb	Melted butter
2/3	c	Brown sugar
1	tb	Cream
1/8	ts	Salt
1/2	c	Shredded coconut or nutmeats

Combine the ingredients and spread over a warm, freshly baked cake. Place the cake under the broiler until the icing bubbles but watch it doesn't burn.
