Title: Miracle Cheesecake

3ozLemon flavored gelatin
1cBoiling water
8ozPhiladelphia cream cheese
1cSugar
3tbLemon juice
1lgCan of Milnot, chilled and
  Whipped
3cGraham cracker crumbs
1/2cMelted margarine

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar and lemon juice; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pack mix in the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours before serving.
