3 | oz | Lemon flavored gelatin |
1 | c | Boiling water |
8 | oz | Philadelphia cream cheese |
1 | c | Sugar |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | lg | Can of Milnot, chilled and |
| | Whipped |
3 | c | Graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 | c | Melted margarine |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. Cream
together cheese, sugar and lemon juice; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in
stiffly whipped Milnot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Pack mix in the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and
sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours before serving.
