1 | c | Margarine |
4 | tb | Cocoa |
1 1/2 | c | Flour (self-rising) |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Nuts (chopped) |
10 | oz | Marshmallows (miniature) |
FROSTING | ||
4 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | c | Evaporated milk |
1/2 | c | Cocoa |
1 | lb | Confectioners sugar |
Melt margarine and cocoa together; add to eggs and sugar. Add salt, flour and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees. Spread a 10 ounce package of miniature marshmallows on cake while hot.
Frosting: Melt together butter, evaporated milk, and cocoa. Pour over confectioners sugar; spread over cake.
