CAKE
4 Egg whites
16ozPound cake mix
2/3cWater
FROSTING
1/8cButterscotch morsels
1/2cButter, softened
1 1/2cPowdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 325. Beat the egg whites until thick. Blend the egg whites with the cake mix and water. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 12 baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. For the frosting melt the butterscotch chips in microwave for 45 seconds. Mix the butter with the melted butterscotch. Add the powdered sugar. Blend with a mixer until the frosting has a smooth consistency. Spread the frosting on top of the cooled cake. Cut the cake into 9 rows. Then make two cuts lenthwise. Source: Top Secret Recipes
