1/3 | c | Granulated sugar replacement |
1 | | Egg |
1 | tb | Flour |
2 | tb | Margarine |
2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
3/4 | c | Unsweetened coconut |
1/3 | c | Chopped pecans |
Combine all but pecans and vanilla in a saucepan.Cook and stir on low heat
till mixture thickens.Remove from heat.Stir in vanilla and pecans.Let cool
slightly.Frost cake while warm. yield:Frosts 2 9-in layers or 1 13 x 9 -in.
