1 1/4 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Lightly packed brown sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
2 | lg | Room temperature eggs |
1/2 | c | Melted unsalted butter |
2 | tb | Melted unsalted butter |
2 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | Chopped walnuts |
Preheat oven to 350F. and grease an 8" square pan.
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients separately. Make a well in center of flour, pour in eggs and stir until blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan and bake 35-40 minutes until tests clean. Cool in pan on rack 1 hour before cutting.
Per serving: 212 cal., 2g pro., 28g carb., 10g fat, 46mg chol., 73mg sod., 3/4 starch/bread, 2 fat, and 1 fruit exchanges.
