FILLING

~-------------------CRUST------------------------------ 12 graham crackers crushed 2 Tb margarine, red-cal 2 ts margarine, red-cal 1 ricotta cheese, skim 1 c skim milk 1 small box sugar free va -banana or coconut pudding 1 c crushed pineapple 12 sliced. 1 c cool whip

Crust: Mix together and pat into 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Filling: Mix cheese and milk till fairly smooth. Add pudding mix and stir with wire whisk till well mixed. Spread over cooled crust. Slice bananas over pudding. Spread pineapple over bananas. Chill. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Makes 4 servings, each serving equals 1 P, 1/4 M, 1 1/4 Fr, 1 B, 1 Fa, 30 optional calories (I don't think the opt. cal. are included for the lite cool whip) The 4 servings are quite big, so you might want to make it into 8.
