Title: Rum Glaze

INGREDIENTS
1/4lbButter
1/4cWater
1cGranulated sugar
1/2cDark rum (80 proof)*
HOW TO PART

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in rum.

This glaze can be made with the liquor of your choice. You can make a wonderful pancake topping using coffee brandy, a peach or cherry brandy would make a fantastic topping for Vanilla Ice Cream.
