Title: Marshmallow Filling

5 1/3 | c | Powdered sugaar |
3 1/2 | tb | Unflavored gelatin softened |
In a little cold water, then | ||
Add a little boiling water | ||
To dissolve. Let cool to | ||
Lukewarm. | ||
3/4 | c | Clear corn syrup. |
1 1/2 | c | Cold water. |
Vanilla or almond flavoring | ||
To taste |
Beat together until light the above ingredients.
