1 1/2 | lb | Cottage cheese seived |
2 | tb | Flour |
1/2 | Lemon peel, grated | |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
8 | Eggs |
Separate eggs, whip whites. fold into other ingredients, fold in 1 1/2 T. dill weed. Line pan with sweet dough. Gently spread filling on top of sweet dough. Mix 1 egg yolk with 8 oz. sour cream, gently spread on top of dill weed filling.
