Title: Coconut Revel Cupcakes

1/4cSugar
1tsVanilla
8ozCream cheese, softened
  Egg
3/4cCoconut
1/2cChocolate chips
1 Cake Mixture (follows)
  Devils food cake mix
1 1/4cWater
1/3cOil
3 Eggs
1 Glaze mixture (follows)
1/2cChocolate chips
3tbButter

Preheat oven to 35o/ Line 36 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In small bowl, beat together sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, and egg. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Set aside. In large bowl blend Pillsbury Plus Devils Food Cake Mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat at highest speed, 2 minutes, fill cupcake pans half full with cake mix. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake 20-30 minutes. Remove from pans, cool completely. Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. when smooth, drizzle scant teaspoons of glaze over cupeakes. 150 calories each.
