Title: Easy Holiday Fruit Cake

Yield: 2 Fruit cake
1 | pk | 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix |
1 | Egg | |
1/4 | c | Water |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Lemon extract |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Sifted all purpose flour |
1 | lb | Light raisins |
1 | lb | Whole pecans |
1/2 | lb | Whole candied cherries |
1/2 | lb | Candied pineapple, cut into strips. |
Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
