Title: Betty's Chocolate Marshmallow Cake

1 1/2 | Sticks butter | |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
3 | tb | Cocoa |
1 1/2 | c | Self-rising flour |
1 1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
6 | oz | Miniature marshmallows |
Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 325~ F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and place miniature marshmallows on top of hot cake.
ICING: 4 TBSP butter 1 lb confectioners sugar 4 TBSP cocoa 1 tsp vanilla milk for desired consistency Cream all ingredients together and spread on warm cake. Cool cake before cutting.
