Title: Chili Sauce (Mom)

Yield: 8 Pints
1 | ga | Peeled chopped tomatoes |
2/3 | c | Chopped onions |
1 1/2 | c | Chopped green or hot peppers |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Nutmeg |
1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
5 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Ginger, ground |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
2 | c | Cider vinegar |
Put all ingredients in a non reactive pan. Simmer and stir until thickness desired. Can in sterile pints.
