Title: Beef Tongue

Yield: 1 Batch
Boil and skin tongue, season with salt and pepper. Pack into hot jars, cover tongue with water the tongue was boiled in. cook 3 1/2 hours in hot water bath, seal at once.
Note: Mommy made this as long as I can remember. Found the recipe with other canning recipes from Grandma Hoffman. Was this one of her recipes? Mommy baked hers in the oven.
