Title: Cranberry Juice

Yield: 1 Batch
4 | c | Cranberries |
4 | c | Water |
2/3 | c | Sugar |
Boil cranberries in water for about 15 minutes. Strain juice through cheesecloth bag. Do not squeeze bag. Put juice in kettle, add 2/3 c sugar, stir well and bring to boiling point. Pour into clean jars to within 1/2 inch of top of jar. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
