(All berries except Strawberries)--Wash berries and pick over carefully. Discard sour ones. Pack into clean jars. Fill to within 1 1/2 inches of top of jar with medium or heavy syrup (medium...1 c. sugar to 2 c. water, heavy...1 c. sugar to 1 c. water. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath, or pressure cooker for 8 minutes at 5 pounds.
