Any desired combination of fruits may be used. Wash, peel if necessary and cut each fruit into desired size. Pack into clean jars. Fill to within 1 1/2 inches of top of jar with medium syrup. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process length of time necessary for fruit requiring longest processing.
