2 | oz | Celery seed |
1 | ts | Tumeric |
4 | tb | Salt |
2 | lb | Sugar |
2 | qt | White vinegar |
2 | oz | Mustard seed |
Grind vegetables on coarse grinder. Add seasonings and cook vegetables until tender. Seal in jars until used.
