1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Rice, uncooked |
1 | cn | Tomato juice, No. 2 size |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1/8 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | Green pepper, chopped | |
1/2 | Onion, chopped | |
1 | tb | Flour |
Mix ground beef, rice, salt and pepper and shape into small balls. Saute in a small amount of bacon drippings, green pepper and onion. Add flour, tomato juice, and sugar. Heat and pout over meat balls in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Randy Rigg
