Title: Papaya Sundaes

2 | ts | Margarine, melted |
1 | ts | Grated lime peel |
1/3 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Lime juice |
4 | tb | Honey |
2 | sm | Firm, ripe papayas |
2 | c | Low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
In a 9"x13" casserole, stir together margarine, lime peel, water, lime juice and honey. Cut unpeeled papayas in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place papaya halves cut side down in honey mixture. Bake at 375øF for about 15 mintues or until sauce bubbles. To serve, place 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt in each papaya half.
Per serving: 250 calories, 4.0 g fat
