Title: Cranberry Glazed Sweet Potatoes

6 | md | Sweet potato; cooked, halved |
| | Or canned sweet potatoes, drained |
1 | c | Whole berry cranberry sauce |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
1/2 | ts | Orange peel; grated |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
Recipe by: The Sweet Potato Cookbook! Arrange sweet potatoes in a shallow,
buttered baking dish. Combine cranberry sauce, water, brown sugar and
orange peel in a saucepan; mix well, and bring to a boil. Cook gently 5
minutes. Add butter and pour mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes, basting frequently.
