3 1/2 | oz | Neufchatel cheese |
1 | | Egg; lightly beaten |
2 | tb | Onion; chopped |
1 | tb | Parsley; chopped |
| | Paprika |
Combine mashed potatoes and cheese, beating until well blended. Stir in
egg, onion and parsley. Spoon into well-greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until heated
