1 | tb | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Red pepper |
1 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | ts | Red chili pepper -- crushed |
1 | cn | (10 oz) |
1 | ts | Oregano |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Paprika |
1 | | Rotel tomatoes |
Braise meat until browned. Add garlic and onions and continue cooking until
onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and cover with about 2 inches
of water. Cook until meat feels heavy on the bottom, about 2 hours. Makes
12 to 16 servings.
