Title: Brandied Chili Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | c | Heinz Chili Sauce |
2 | Green onions chopped | |
2 | tb | Brandy |
1 | Jalapeno, finely chopped |
Mix and allow to rest for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Other peppers may be substituted for the jalapeno, I'm rather fond of habaneros. As a change of pace, tequila, gin, whisky or dark rum may be used.
Great for beef and vegetables. So easy too.
