Title: Eastern Star Chili (Minnesota)

1 2/3 | lb | Coarse ground chuck |
1 1/3 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | tb | Salt |
1/2 | tb | Pepper |
4 | c | Chopped celery, precooked a |
22 | oz | Tomatoes; chopped |
22 | oz | Kidney beans |
8 | oz | Tomato soup |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
2 1/2 | tb | Chili powder |
Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Makes 1 gallon.
Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
