Title: Fiery Chili Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

8cTomatoes -- peeled, chopped
1cHot chili peppers -- roasted
1 Chopped
3/4cRed bell pepper -- roasted,
1 Chopped
3cOnion -- chopped
1cCider vinegar -- 5%
1cnTomato paste
3 Cloves garlic -- chop with
1 Seeds
1tbCanning salt
1tsBlack pepper -- freshly
1 Ground

Cook ingredients in large pot over medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stir occasionally. When thick enough for you [it will thicken as it cools] put in pint jars. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
