Title: Pinata Pumpkin Chili

1 1/2lbGround beef
1/2cOnion; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
16ozSolid pack pumpkin
2cWater
1pkTaco seasoning
1 1/2tsChili powder
1tsSalt
1cCheddar cheese; shredded
1cCorn chips; crushed
1/2cSour cream
1 Red pepper flakes -=or=-
1 Hot pepper sauce

In 3 quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Add pumpkin, water, taco seasoning, chili powder and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.

NOTE: May add 16 oz red kidney beans; drained.
