Title: No Bake Apricot/coconut Balls

COOKIE | ||
6 | oz | Dried apricots, finely chopped |
4 | oz | Flaked coconut |
2 | oz | Blanched almonds, finely chopped |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
14 | oz | Can SWEETENED Condensed Milk |
COVERING | ||
Powdered sugar, sifted |
Put apricots, coconut, almonds and vanilla in a bowl; mix together. Stir in enough condensed milk to make a STIFF mixture.
Shape in one inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and place in small paper cups.
