Title: Corned Beef Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
3 | oz | Gelatin, lemon |
2 | c | Water; boiling |
1 | c | Salad dressing |
1 | tb | Sugar |
12 | oz | Corned beef |
3/4 | c | Diced celery |
1/2 | Green pepper; chopped | |
1/2 | Onion; grated | |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | Eggs; hard-cooked, diced |
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Chill. When set, beat until foamy. Blend in salad dressing and beat well. Add sugar. Fold in other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill. Cut into squares when congealed.
