Title: Grape-Wine Salad

2 | pk | Gelatin, unflavored |
1/2 | c | Water; cold |
3/4 | c | Water; boiling |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice; fresh squeezed |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Wine, dry white |
6 | Peach halves | |
1/4 | lb | Grapes, white seedless |
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water. Add lemon juice, sugar, and wine. Spoon a layer of gelatin in bottom of a chilled 9" mold. Press peach halves around bottom and place a small cluster of grapes in center. Chill until almost set. Combine remaining grapes with gelatin and spoon over peach halves. Chill until firm. Unmold.
