Title: Avocado-Pecan Molded Salad

3 | oz | Gelatin, lime-flavored |
1 | c | Water; boiling |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | lg | Avocado; ripe |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
1/2 | Green pepper; chopped | |
1 | ts | Onion; minced |
1 | ts | Celery; minced |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened. Whip gelatin until foamy; add sour cream and mayonnaise, beating until thoroughly blended.
Peel avocado, and mash until smooth; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Fold avocado mixture into gelatin. Pour into 1-quart mold, and chill until firm.
