1 | cn | Fruit cocktail, #303 can |
1/2 | c | Fruit cocktail syrup |
1 | pk | Plain gelatin (Knox) |
1 | pk | Lime jello, 3 oz |
1 | c | Boiling water |
1 | Bottle whipped cream | |
3 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 | pk | 8oz cream cheese |
4 | tb | Mayonaise |
Drain syrup and save 1/2 cup. Mix 1/4 c water to 1 pkg of plain gelatin. Melt lime jello in cup of boiling water, add gelatin mixture, fruit cocktail juice and refrigerate. let this settle partially. In a separate bowl beat whip cream until stiff, gradually add powdered sugar. In another bowl beat cream cheese and mayonaise until very fluffy. Mix everything together in one bowl. Chill. Serve.
