Title: Nori-Crab Rolls

Yield: 6 Dozen
1 | cn | .8oz ajitsuke-nori OR |
Seasoned dry seaweed | ||
1 | cn | 7 3/4 oz crab, flaked |
1 | pk | 8oz, cream cheese, soft |
3/4 | ts | Worchestershire sauce |
1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
Combine all ingredients except ajitsuke-nori and mix well. Cut ajitsuke-nori in half. Just before serving, spread 1 tsp of the crak mixture on nori and roll. Slice thinly.
