1 | tb | Chicken fat or oil |
Onion, medium | ||
3 | x | Eggs, hard boiled |
Mayonnaise | ||
Salt, garlic salt or juice |
Fry livers until well done. Put livers, eggs and onion through meat grinder. Add fat or oil, salt, garlic; mix well. Add mayo to desired consistency.
