Title: Dilled Onions

Yield: 2 Quarts
2 | | Pearl onions 1-lb jars drained |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
2 | ts | Caraway seeds |
24 | | Black peppercorns |
2 | ts | Salt |
4 | tb | Dill fresh and snipped fine |
Place drained onions in to 2 each 1-qt jars. Combine the vinegar, sugar,
herbs, salt, & spices in a sauce pan. Brinmg to aboil then pour over the
onions. Seal jar tightly, cool to romm temparature. Refrigerate for 2-4
weeks then you may open them to be served. Very good with vodka, beer, or
