Title: Original Calzone

Yield: 1 Servings

1lbDough for Italian bread
1/2lbGround beef
1smOnion, chopped fine
1tsParsley chopped fine
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2cGrated romano or parmesan cheese
1/4cMozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4cProvolone cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste

Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, and grated cheese. fry off until meat turns brown. After meat cools, mix in mozzarella and provolone cheese and tomato sauce. Roll out dough in approximately 6 inch circle. Put in 1/3 cup of meat mixture and fold over like a apple turnover. Squeeze edges with fork and deep fry or bake until golden brown.
