1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | Slice bacon, finely chopped | |
6 | Fresh shrimp (optional) | |
1 | Small carrot, grated | |
1 | Stalk celery, finely chpd | |
1/4 | c | Chun choi (preserved turnip) |
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Shoyu |
1 | ts | Oyster sauce |
1/4 | ts | MSG |
1 | ts | Ginger juice |
1 | Small clove garlic, grated |
Mix all ingredients. If adding shrimp, finely chop the shrimp. Make into small patties. Fry until done and serve warm.
