1/2cMayoniase, homemade is best
6 Eggs, hardboiled & chopped
1 Garlic clove minced
1/3cSour cream or plain yogurt
1/4tsSalt
1tbPimiento chopped as garnish
2tbScallion tops finely chopped
1/4tsHot mustard

Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonaise, salt, & garlic together. Add the egg then the other ingredients and mix well. Garnish with the pimiento. Origin: Mriya Velnikov, Jurga-CIS, circa 1994
