Title: Stuffed Onions "Farshovana Chebyalya"

Yield: 6 Servings

6 Onions large & mild
1 1/2cCucumbers peeled & chopped
3cTomatos fresh & chopped
6 Eggs hard boiled & chopped
  Salt & pepper to taste
3cMayonaise
2tbCider vinegar

Peel onions. remove the insides leaving an onion cup of 3-4 layers. Chop the inner onion portions and mix well with the tomatos, vinegar, & cucumbers. Mix in the mayonaise egg and the salt & pepper. Stuff the onion cups with this mixture. Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve. You may make this in advance and serve chilled. ORIGIN: Larissa Yavorskaya, Kiev-Ukraine, circa 1996
