Title: Korean Style Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | tb | Ginger, grated |
3 | Cloves garlic, diced | |
1 | Red chili pepper | |
1/4 | c | Salad oil (sesame seed oil) |
2 | tb | Sake (Japanese wine) |
2 | tb | Sugar (more if needed) |
1/2 | c | Shoyu |
Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
