Title: Korean Style Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

1tbGinger, grated
3 Cloves garlic, diced
1 Red chili pepper
1/4cSalad oil (sesame seed oil)
2tbSake (Japanese wine)
2tbSugar (more if needed)
1/2cShoyu

Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
