2 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 1/4 | c | Cake flour |
1 | c | Pecans, chopped |
Confectioners' sugar |
Cream sugar, butter, salt. Add other ingredients except confectioners' sugar. Form dough into balls the size of a small walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 for 1/2 hr. Cool on a rack; when partially cool, roll in confectioners' sugar.
