10 | lb | Ground beef |
3 | lb | Ground pork |
1 | sm | Clove garlic |
1/4 | oz | Chili powder |
1/3 | oz | Caraway seed |
Salt and ppeper to taste. Mix all ingredients half an hour, stuff into casings; hang up on pole and smoke for 18 hours.
